Qigong & Tai Chi

Every Monday from 11:00am - 12:00pm. Qigong consists of safe, easy, gentle movements and may be just the thing you are looking for! Increase energy, vitality, balance, coordination and flexibility. Stronger immune system & better sleep. Feel better overall and more at peace. Sitting or standing, it can be adapted to all ability levels. The cost is $5/members OR $8/non-members.


legal clinic

3rd Wednesday of each month we have a free legal clinic at the Senior Center. You can sign up for 15 minute sessions, from 1:00 - 3:00 pm with Peggy Sanders to ask questions or seek advice on a legal matter. Peggy Sanders is the managing attorney of Peggy L. Sanders, Attorney-at-Law, PLLC, a firm that focuses on the legal needs of elders and their families. Please call  the Welcome Center to schedule an appointment with Peggy. 

foot care

Three times each month from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.  Appointment required. $15 members, $20 non members.  Our foot care specialists are Registered Nurses.  Please make your appointment by calling or stopping by the Welcome Center.  (425)672-2407.  Please bring a clean towel with you to your appointment.

Prescription Drug Assistance Network

Michelle, Prescription Assistance Coordinator, is here twice a month to assist you in finding or managing a program for your medicine. She is here the second and fourth Thursday of every month from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Flu Clinic

On October 3rd we will be having a flu clinic provided by Rite Aid here at the center. We will need 20 participants to have the clinic here. If you are interested please make sure to come in and signup by Monday, October 1st. This way we can get paperwork and insurance information to the pharmacist for a quick visit. October 3rd from 2:00-3:00 pm.

We now have Acupuncture back at the center with Dr. Ellie! Ellie Heintze, ND, LAc, is a naturopathic doctor, and author with a private practice in Bothell, WA. She is a graduate of Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA. She specializes in pain management, migraine prevention, and digestive health. She speaks frequently on topics of natural pain relief, healthy digestion, and nutrition. In addition to her private practice, she is also the founder of the Pain Relief Project, a nonprofit acupuncture organization serving low-income individuals and seniors.
