Gentle Yoga - Improve balance, strength and flexibility. Reduce pain, stiffness and stress. Every Monday & Thursday from 9:15 - 10:15 am. $5/members, $6/non-members.

Beginning Line Dancing Class - Would you like to learn how to line dance? This class is perfect for beginners! High energy & great instructors! Give this class a try. Every Thursday from 11:30 am-12:30 pm. $5/members, $8/non-members.

Line Dancing Lessons - Here is your opportunity to learn a few steps.   Thursdays 6:15 - 7:30 pm $3/person

Intermediate Line Dancing Lessons  - Every Thursday 12:30 - 2:30 pm $7/members, $10/non-members

MLT Seniors Line Dancing - Every Sunday  from 1:00 – 3:00 pm  for your dancing pleasure at our Senior Center for the low cost of $3/person.

Square Dancing Lessons - Every Thursday from 7:30 pm- 10:30 pm. 

Square Dancing Freewheelers - Starts back September 12th! Every wednesday from  7:00 - 10:00 PM $6/person

Guitar - Held once a month, on the third Tuesday of every month at 7pm!

Ukulele - Held once a month, on the fourth or last Wednesday of every month at 7pm!

*Coming Soon!* Beginner Clogging - Learn basic steps, no dance experience necessary. Instructor will talk about taps at first class. Wednesday's from 9:30-10:15am. $3/members or $5/non-members Starts on September 12th! Make sure to call or stop in to sign up for your spot!

Continuing American Clogging - Learn more challenging steps & combinations. You will also dance to choreographed dance routines in this very friendly class. Must have completed a beginner class. Fun & excellent workout. Wednesday's 10:15-11:15am. $4/mem or $6/non-mem

July 5th - Edmonds Ferry Ride to visit Kingston. Lunch, shop, sight-see, cafes, crepe shop, saloon & possibly summer arts & crafts fair. Van & Ferry costs about $15. Leaving center at 10:00 am.  

July 11th - Frye Art Museum trip to Seattle! Impressionists & lunch at the Museum (on your own). $10/members or $14/non-members Van leaves at 10:30am.

July 19th - CANCELLED We will be rescheduling the Outback Kangaroo Farm trip. Details to be announced soon! Stay tuned!

August 2nd - MOHAI trip. Thursday we will be headed to Seattle for a free day at the MOHAI Museum. Beautiful Lake Union location. Two floors of Puget Sound History- business and industry. Gift shop, good cafe & boats outside to view. $10/members or $14/non-members. Van leaves at 10am.

August 16th - Visit Chinatown. Have lunch and visit Theo's Chocolate Factory! Van $10 (plus parking fees) Leaving center at 10:00 am

August 22nd - Senior Day @ Safeco Field! $46/ticket includes seat in the Terrace club (reserved for the senior group that day), Buffet & a great ball game! Reserve your spot before it is too late!

August 27th - Free Senior Day @ Evergreen State Fair in Monroe! See the baby animals & huge horses, fair exhibits & stuff to eat! Fair is free and food is on your own. Van is $10.
